Giants open as 3.5-point home underdogs vs. Patriots in Week 12


The New York Giants (3-8) have opened as 3.5-point underdogs for their Week 12 game against the New England Patriots (2-8) this coming Sunday at MetLife Stadium

The over/under opened at 33.5 total points, per BetMGM. The money line is currently Patriots -185, Giants +150.

This is a matchup between the NFL’s two lowest-scoring teams. The Giants are averaging just 13.5 points per game while the Pats have averaged 14.1.

The Patriots are coming off their bye week but had lost three straight and six of their last seven before the break. They are 2-8 against the spread this year and seven of their ten games have gone under.

The Giants defeated the Washington Commanders at FedEx Field on Sunday, 31-19, their first win in a month. Big Blue is 3-8 against the spread this season and eight of their 11 games have gone under.
